"We remind our readers of the concert given today at Niblo's Saloon by our countrywoman Mme de Lussan. Her talent is known by all and the attendees at the French theatre have had the occasion to appreciate her, especially in the Mariage aux lanternes. The excellent artiste will sing the grand aria from the first act of Ione [illegible] duet from La Traviata with M. Errani. In addition to that tenor, whom we haven't heard in too long a time, Mme de Lussan will be assisted by M. Appy, violinist, Mme H. Gonzalez, pianist, and Mme Lemma Barkeloo, mezzo soprano."

Very brief, part of composite review for all performances from the previous night. “The very unpleasant weather of last evening had its effect upon the various places of entertainment…Madame de Lusan had an unfortunate evening for her concert at the French theatre. At Wallack’s and Niblo’s the attendance did not appear to be noticeably reduced by the storm.”
