“Miss Sarah E. Swift, a young lady from ‘down East,’ who appeared last week, continues another week in her very clever performances with the Indian clubs.  The lady wields the clubs as if she had been brought up to the clubbing business, so easily and gracefully does she handle them, going through all the different motions of regular club swingers.  She is rather prepossessing in appearance, and is very muscular for a lady.  The burlesque of ‘William du Tell’ afforded G. F. McDonald an excellent opportunity to make up for the Swiss boy.  Mr. Riggs made a healthy looking Albert.  The burlesque is cleverly written and well produced.”
