Mme Armand, without making Mlle Tostée be forgotten, knew how to get herself applauded, Mlle de Felcourt invested extremely good will into singing the role of Wanda, for she too had been affected by the intemperances of the climate whether it rains bronchitis or hails sore throats or snows asthma. Mm. Guiffroy, Monsieur Leduc, Monsieur Duchesne, Monsieur Lagriffoul, etc., were better than ever. Honors also to M. Grog and the Grand Duchess’s aide-de-camp.”
